Frustration

It's a terrible thing.

My computer died. It started refusing to run windows, not even giving me safe mode. I ran crunchbang linux software from a cd. That was fine and all, and I finally figured out how to mount my hard drive to move all the files, but I had no access to an external hard drive to move it to. So when I went home for the weekend, I had to hope my computer didn't run out of battery before I could plug it in again. Guess what? It ran out of battery. When I booted linux after that, I was unable to mount my hard drive to it. I still haven't been able to. As of now, I have lost everything on my hard drive, since Sony's fix was to replace my hard drive and RAM. However, the kind repair man has given me the option of holding on to my hard drive for a week to see if I can save it somehow, so we'll see how this works out...

Well I bet this doesn't get read.

Except occasionally by The Boy. But we all know he don't count.

Anyways.

Spring break has ended, and now it's back to the grind of semester two. Mostly desiring the sleeping part of that, but who knows.

"But sir, why wouldn't you have slept on Spring Break?"

Well I'll tell you why. Mostly: I have a terrible bed at my house, as opposed to the heavenly cloud of a mattress at my dorm. This greatly restricts my sleep, because I cannot put up with my home bed for long. Additionally, I have been unable to sleep as of late because of a busy mind. Its recently been hard at work trying to interpret feelings to decipher what my future profession should be, for while I enjoy many many things, no one thing is more enjoyed than the others. It kinda sucks. And then I, looming in my sister's shadow (she knew precisely what her calling in life was), find myself stuck, not knowing which way to turn.

But enough whining. I hung out with friends this past week. I did very little actul stuff. I hung out with my doggies all week. That was cool. Hmm. That basically covers my week. Alrighty. I may make this a weekly thing, summing up the... past... week...

So yeah. That's how it was. And we shall see how this next one goes. Maybe I'll update sooner than the weekend if something cool happens.
